How long can the powders be stored?
Generally, the powders can be stored for up to 12 months under normal room temperature. However, in Singapore, kitchens tend to be small and humid, especially in new houses, hence while you're cooking there may be a sudden surge in temperature. The more prudent guideline would be to keep them for not more than 6 months.
Should I store them in the fridge?
To be on the safe side, we recommend that you store them in the fridge. Should you need to bring the powders out with you, portion out the amount you require and refrain from bringing the whole bottle in and out of the fridge as water droplets from condensation may affect the freshness of your powders.
